In my personal work, I was exploring the concept of distortions in imagery through photography and digital art. The final product resulted in a photo book simply called “Distortions”. I was able to apply some of the practices I was using in my photography to the book design, and I altered the type by printing and re-scanning it in to create different types of warping. The final design reflects the “distorting” spirit of the project, while still allowing the photography to speak for itself.
